There is huge untapped potential in agro field. Cotton acquiring system is fully transparent, automated and computerized.
         
   
 
   
  YARN MANUFACTURING
As on today, we have 31200 ring spinning spindles producing 360MT. per month on average count of 40s compact Combed Yarn and 920 spindle Open End machine.
     
  PROCESSING
The complete machinery set up is of LMW.
   
 
 
 
         
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality analysis section is well equipped with all the testing equipments at international standards. This section is practicing on-line quality checks, dispatch material checks and audit functions which is totally insuring interest of consumer.
     
FUTURE SCENARIO
1) Fabric manufacturing (WEAVING) addition of 48 looms
2) Addition of 31200 ring spun spindles.
3) Self contained ginning and pressing
  A 100% cotton compact Spinning Unit (completely new plant) has been installed and commissioned at village Dabha, Badnera Yeotmal Road, Dist: Amravati, Maharashtra. The details of machineries are as follows:

11 Auto winder - Savio, Italy Polar -M 09 (60 drums each) High speed machine, capable to run at a speed upto 2000 mpm with Uster Quantum 2 yarn clearer with Foreign fibre detection.
